The information listed below is required to complete the Chad Beguelin Fine Arts Scholarship application.

Please make sure to have all required information and files compiled before beginning the application. Incomplete applications cannot be saved.

  • College entry date (month and year)

  • List of colleges to which you are applying or currently attending

  • Number of years of college completed

  • Academic major

Involvement with the Arts in the Centralia Area

  • Uploaded as file attachment

  • At least one file is required, up to 3 may be submitted

  • File may be an audio, document, image or video file type.

References

  • 3 references required. 1 personal and 2 from fine arts directors/teachers.

  • Each recommendation uploaded as a document file

  • Recommendations limited to one page per reference, single or double spaced, 12 pt type. ​

Personal Essay & Portfolio

  • A personal essay about how your involvement in the arts has influenced your life and how you plan to use your education to further your career in the arts.

  • Essay is to be uploaded as a document file type.

  • Essay may not exceed two (2) pages, single-spaced, 12-point type

  • Portfolio to be submitted as file attachment.

  • Portfolio file may be of audio, document, image or video file types

    • Please limit audio and video files to five minutes​

Financial

  • Names and amounts of financial aid and scholarships you will receive or are currently receiving

  • Your family’s estimated contribution (EFS) as determined by your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
